Was going go down load it before i read that one star review yikes!

I am trying this one more time. I have tried to send a review 3 times and receive the message my nickname is taken but instead of letting me try again and sending my review the whole review is deleted. I am not very happy. I was wanting to complain about the Disney Palace Pets and the fact that I have to constantly restore my purchases which is very annoying and time consuming as my granddaughter uses this app when she visits me and gives up and does something else when the pets are inactive. Hopefully you will receive this.

Having to restore my purchases every time my daughter goes to play the game is tedious. the only reason I dont delete the game all together is because she loves playing. Please fix this issue.

We just bought a few more pets as a treat for my daughter. For some reason, Petit the horse has no head. Come on, Disney.

More free less paid purchase.But I do love Belles new hair better than the original including Auroras, Jasmines, Cinderellas and Ariels hair/Dresses

My kids love this app, but I bought the "All 18 Pets" Inn-App Purchase, and for whatever reason the pets do not stay downloaded. Every time they start the app they need to redownload the pets to use them, which requires parental support. This is unacceptable for a kids app and leads to nothing but frustration for my kids and myself.

I purchased as for my granddaughter that should have restored a time she played with it. Today she wanted the extra pet they were added. Nothing will download. I spent $21.99 for absolutely nothing! I might as well taking the cash from my wallet and put it in the toilet! Because I got as much out of it as if I had. Even when I try to download it on my phone, but her iPad it will not download. Keeps telling us to check our connection and try again later. Our connection is fine. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!! So who do I talk to to get my money back?

The purchases never download. Spent $21 for my kid for no reason.

My daughter loves this, so thats great. But every time you update the app for "bug fixes" or whatever, I have to spend 10 minutes restoring all the pets weve bought. Really annoying. Not to mentions frustrating for my daughter when she opens the app to discover that she has lost access to all the pets we have purchased, until we get home to our wireless and mommy has 10 minutes to spare downloading AGAIN...

Hey can I have new pets tomorrow

Ive been trying to update this app for a few weeks now it seems. But it wont update. Giving it one more try then deleting app.

Each pet cost 1.99 when you can get a Game like my boo for free and do the exact same thing

I dont like that you keep adding pets but still have to by them. Make more of the pets free not a lot of people can by them

My daughter absolutely LOVES this game. So much so, that I would buy new animals whenever they came out. Finally, I bought the entire set of animals for $20+. After the purchase of all the animals, the app NEVER works correctly. Despite my purchase, the only animals that my daughter still has access too are the basic animals that originally come with the game. The other purchased animals appear "sleeping" and off limits. I am constantly restoring my purchase, which takes forever and the animals still never download. Woud be a fantistic game if it worked. Unfortunately...it never ever works correctly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not worth the $1.99. No added features compared to the free pets. Needs to be restored each time app is opened. Would like a refund.

This app deletes my daughters pets every single time she uses this app. Ive spent $20+ on pets!!!!!! This is unacceptable! We live in the country and dont have broadband internet. We use our phones as personal hotspots. Downloading 25 pets every single day is a ridiculous waste of my data plan! My kid cries every time they arent working, what a waste of money!

I am having to download pets every time the app is open-if the app doesnt freeze first. So frustrated.

This game is good for my five year old little sister but I wish you could buy more pets for less if a pet cost around $1.00 Id get my sister more

Not all pets are there

My 4yr and 2yr old loves this app but there constantly bringing the iPad over to me saying "daddy its not working" due to them clicking on something to buy which brings up the password. Had to delete it because they keep clicking on something that you have to pay for. So bye bye app
