Disney Princess Palace Pets App Reviews

My daughter loves the stories so despite the hefty price, I purchased 18 to read to her at her many medical appointments. Upon buying a newer iPad to replace a breaking one, I discovered that despite having the same iTunes account, the app will load but purchased stories will not. Ive tried twice contacting customer service, but with no response. I hope they make changes to allow for same account sharing. If not it was a huge waste of money.

DONT buy this for your kids!!! I made the mistake of paying the ridiculous asking price of 11.99$ to "wake" all the pets for my daughter only to have them sleeping again after the app received its newest update. What a scam!! Are we supposed to pay 12$ to unlock the pets again after each update!? My daughter is very sad she cant play this game and I refuse to give them more money knowing theyll do it again. Ive tried reinstalling the app, installing on my iPhone 6, no change. Ive tried numerous time hitting he restore purchases button which stalls on a downloading screen with no progress. My devises have restrictions off. What a scam!

I am very disappointed in this app. I purchased the full package for my 4 year old daughter and she was only able to access all the pets once. Once the app was closed and reopened we lost all access to the purchased pets, tried to reload the app and also restore purchases but nothing happened. Youd think a multi- billion dollar company like Disney could make sure their apps are running correctly. Weve had trouble with previous Disney apps as well so it looks like this one is the last purchase I will make.

My daughter loves this app. But unfortunately pets that I had already purchase are now back asleep. Before I would ever think about waking up any more pets the ones I already bought I hope are restored.

This mindless little game seems fun enough, until you discover that virtually ever time you open it, all of the pets youve purchased (of course, you have to unlock the good pets with more cash!) must be re-downloaded, which sometimes doesnt work. When it does work, it takes about ten minutes, by which time youve become bored, and moved onto a different game that doesnt have these amateur programming problems. Hazel, age 4

Spent a bunch of money to have this stupid app crash every time try to restore purchases! Want my money back!

I cant believe Disney can put its name on such a terrible app. Bought this app (reluctantly) For my 4yr old and she liked it so much that we broke open her piggy bank to buy her the rest of the pets for $14.99. Only to find out that we have to re download the pets EVERY time she wants to play! This is ridiculous! Please fix! I will never purchase another app again!

Horrible waste of money my daughter bugged me nd bugged me me thou I didnt want to waste money on so little a game she persisted. So I bought it at 14.99 only to find it will not load at all now so I DEMAND a full refund on this horrendous waste of money!!! And will be going to iTunes to report it as the fraudulent game that it is! Disney supports this rip off? Shocker

This game is fun at the beginning but after you keep on playing the game it gets boring.

I bought this $15 app and it just crashes and never works. I tried to unlock new pets and it just crashes again saying its got to restore my pets. Restoring my pets causes the app to crash. What a waste of money. So disappointed!

My daughter loves this but its too expensive to add more things. Over $2 for one pet?!

A great game for kids. My 3 year old loves it, but I constantly have to re download inappropriate purchases. Please fix!

My 5yo loved this app. That is, until we did the latest update and now it no longer works on our iPod as we cant get the latest version of iOS. All this after she used birthday money to buy all the palace pets. Huge disappointment. Will be contacting Apple for a full refund.

There are still too many in app purchases and now the ones I do have need to be downloaded every time my daughter opens the game. Not worth the purchases just to give a pet a makeover

I bought this app for my daughter, bit the bullet and paid $14.99 to unlock all the pets. Then they added new pets, which you have to pay for. So now Ive sunk over $25 into it.. This app is nothing but a cash grab... Do not buy it for your kid cause they just keep adding pets and costing you money!

Nice apps but they really exagerated the price of optional packs

My wife felt bad that my 6 yr old wasnt feeling well and bought the $29 pack... Its just more pets, it takes forever to load, although its just different pets, and you still just wash them and read a couple of pages of story. Worst of all, on the iPad, the sound stopped working. Deleted it, reinstalled, but now its back to demo version, and restoring purchases times out... Because I have network issues... Not having issues now leaving this review. Lazy developers, garbage product.
