Need an update to fix that! Or refund my money!!! And now Ive received an iTunes receipt where Ive found out that my purchase was for 4 pets at the same price as 7 pets were promised. Wtf?

Ive bought all 7 pets with 35% discounted special offer. However after purchase not all 7 pets available. Three of them are still sleeping. My child feels disappointed because she cant play the desired pet (a sort of horse).

An update for the app should be appearing in the App Store any day now! Unfortunately, due to the specific type of issue that occurred, you will need to request a refund from Apple and then repurchase it after you have completed the update. Thanks for your patience, Quindi.... Annullate lacquisto in iTunes e tenete docchio laggiornamento per comprarlo successivamente. Ciao :)

This is so lame. First time i got it, it was kinda fun, but once you played it for a few months, it gets so bored (cause it is a dress up game and i hate them) and all youve got in the game was to play again and again. Then you write a review saying its so lame and just avoid it like you hate this woman or man. I am eight years old and i hate a game that was just for me? Why? Cause i am a person who hates dress ups and i think they are lame and i like game that acts like life, for example, Minecraft, one of my favorite games. Once you feel bored, you will write a review to warn people that it is lame and tell you your story and say how you play it and complain about it to prove you dont like it and say boooo at the end and think WHY DID I DOWNLOAD SUCH A STUPID USELESS APP JUST FOR NOTHING AND I THINK I SHALL DELETE IT AT ONCE SO NOTHING GETS IN MY WAY so you did and you asked your mother or father to download a game for you and start beep bop beep bop playing on your ipad happily ever after without having to worry about palace pets and the owner will be very sad. THE END. Oh and also i should say BOOOOOOO!!!!

My daughter loves this app. But I purchased more pets for her and they are not working. Please fix. I tried clicking on app support but that didnt help.

My daughter loves this game but now it automatically went from English to Chinese and no way to change it back! Wanted to unlock more pets but cant happen now!

Once I downloaded this app, it keeps shutting down! I dont know if its the app or if its my wifi being stupid? This needs to be investigated! ASAP!

This is a great way for 1-6 year old girls to experience things from stories to washing and even seeing princesses.FOR A FACT KIDS LOVE THIS GAME

I love this game its actually really fun and I havent had any issues with it ❤️

I recently replaced my iPad and now all of the money that my daughter spent on buying the other pets and they are all asleep again and we cant restore our purchase. This is using the same Apple ID and I dont understand why it cant be used on different accounts. Also you constantly have to re-download all of the pets that have been purchased which is a huge pain. Dont waste your money on this app. While its fun its a money pit and both worth the hassles and upset kiddos. Please fix this!

Update: 12/28/15 DO NOT BUY, Find something else. I wish my kids and I never experienced this app. Very disappointed in the Disney brand! If I can save anyone the hassle and money, please stay away from this game! Previous Review: Nothing has changed except the higher price... SO irritated with this EXPENSIVE app! $8.99 to wake up all the pets is ridiculous and $1.99 for ONE is even worse! This app doesnt even do anything! I woke up all the pets for my daughter a couple months ago and with the new update I cant believe they expect you to pay even more for the new pets. If I would have known that was the case I NEVER would have even downloaded the app. I hope the developers come up with better features for the pets that already exist rather than just coming up with new ones that do the same thing.

I liked the app on my sisters iPad mini so I downloaded it on my iPad. We use the same apple ID so thought the purchases she made would come up on mine, but I was wrong. They didnt wake up. I am extremely disappointed and will be deleting this app ASAP!!!!

My daughter loves this game when it works... Unfortunately that is almost never, constantly making her re-download pets and crashing or stalling half the time when you attempt this. I would avoid this game and certainly avoid spending money on purchases at all costs.
