ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

I purchased as for my granddaughter that should have restored a time she played with it. Today she wanted the extra pet they were added. Nothing will download. I spent $21.99 for absolutely nothing! I might as well taking the cash from my wallet and put it in the toilet! Because I got as much out of it as if I had. Even when I try to download it on my phone, but her iPad it will not download. Keeps telling us to check our connection and try again later. Our connection is fine. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!! So who do I talk to to get my money back?
